Beyond the Happy Vison Board Experience are an engaging and immersive experience where "Mindset meets Goals meets Mental Health". Each participant receives a Customized Vision Board Experience Box that includes all vision board supplies, snacks, and mental health and wellness tools and guides. Participants also receive guided facilitation by a Mental Health Professional that includes a hands-on and interactive experience that leads participants on how to create their personalized Vision Board, plus a guided discussion on mindset & thought distortions, goal setting, and ways to support your mental health all year long.
